The products allow work to be designed and estimated in compliance with ESA standards and utility best practices. As well, the products allow work to be integrated into a Financial Work Order or Job Cost module. By adding a "state of the art" Time Entry system that tracks financial and operational time, we have significantly cut down on the amount of data entry and improved information flow to the decision makers in both departments. We track Work Management, Resource Management and Performance Management with minimal data entry. We ensure that the data being entered is only done once and by the resource most closely tied to the work being performed. This is the way to achieve operational excellence!

Quadra

Quadra lets users create new jobs/projects or work orders effortlessly and accurately, meeting the needs of the finance department. Based on industry best practices, the end-user can easily design and estimate their work, track all elements of costs (labour, vehicles, inventory, non-stock items and third party resources) at the individual task level. As time is being entered into the system, your employees are updating their tasks based on operational completeness versus financial estimates. What happens in the field changes regularly based on weather, terrain conditions and emergencies so getting an accurate picture of the status of a job can only come from those in the field. By integrating reports of operational completeness of a job, along with payroll time entry, you eliminate the need for duplicate entry and maximize the value of the data for decision making. With all the information readily available, progress reporting and planning becomes a reality.
