Through our water meter division, Coulter Water Meter Services, we provide full care and servicing for your water meters. From testing and verifying meter output, to repair, calibration, installation and replacement, we have the skill and expertise to meet every one of your water metering needs.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of ECALIBER, Coulter Services is the only independent flow meter service company in Ontario offering complete metering services for mechanical and electrical liquid metering devices. We are capable of servicing all makes and models of liquid flow meters. In addition to our main focus on meters, we provide measuring and monitoring systems for water and waste water plants, plumbing and mechanical work for meter retrofitting, batching systems, utility control and monitoring systems, bulk water dispensers, meter and parts sales and consulting services.

Coulter's service personnel are extensively trained on all makes and models of meter units. Service vehicles are stocked with a full array of replacement parts, registers and all other materials to complete a service order in only one visit. Coulter has invested heavily in a strong, comprehensive inventory of parts, registers and service equipment in order to give you fast and accurate service. Our operations are conducted from a state-of-the-art testing facility located in Ingersoll, Ontario.
